sorry about spelling, meant eczema, with swelling of the leg where the eczema is, have been told it could lead to an ulcerated leg if not careful.

You ask about poor circulation, eczema, and swelling of the leg. It sounds as if you have more than one problem. Eczema is common but generally does not cause swelling of the leg nor does it ulcerate. Eczema is a 'wet/dry' skin rash and cracks or fissures in the skin are common. Thus - you should be careful what you put on areas of cracked skin. Consider Aveeno or Vitamin E if the area is 'dry' or zinc oxide if it is 'moist'. Swelling of the leg could be a sign of poor venous - as opposed to arterial - circulation. If this is true support stockings may help. Swelling may also be a sign of heart failure, lymphatic edema or interstitial edema. So the possibilities range from annoying to serious. When asking questions in this forum the more information you give the better the answer you will receive.

It may be eczema you have, but as you say that you have bad circulation you may well have Cellulitis - an inflammation of the skin cells...
You skin will feel hot and be red and you may well have a temperature.

I would advise you see your doctor.

Add some details...is this a breathing problem or a swelling problem. Esthma is not the correcty spelling and the way I see it it could be either asthma or edema.

i've heard that Ginkgo Biloba can help with circulation, but it would be best to check with your doctor, first & before you think about taking it.
