The reason his sugar is high is he is not eating properly he must eat proper meals breakfast -lunch -dinner if this is not possible then he should eat several smaller meals per day,
These meals must have a balance of protein ,low carbs ,fats and sugars. read food content labels
every 15grams of carbs = 1 serve and he should be having app 4-5 serve a meal or his body is not getting enough food to operate properly
If he is ill then his sugar will rise a great deal so he should get a check up
Yes i have used sweet n low and i have diabetes but i don`t like using these types of sweetener as they can cause other problems if used to excess

i do and have read that Cinnamon is good to lower glucose levels in blood and lowers cholesterol So i sprinkle it on my break fast and other foods as much as possible you can get Cinnamon tablets also

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

As far as chemical sweeteners go, sucralose (Splenda) and aspartame (Sweet N Low) are safe. The studies say the cause cancer in large doses. If you actually look at the doses that they give to the animals and compare that to there mass, then the average human would have to consume an average of two gallons of aspartame per day for two years to get cancer. So yes, aspartame does cause cancer if you drink two gallons of the stuff per day for two years straight. Actually read the studies and consider how the tests are done before believing all the scare tactics. I personally use splenda because it tastes better to me than aspartame. But aspartame, maltodextrose, and sucralose are all recommended by the American Diabetes Association

I would not recommend any artificial sweetner. My husband is a diabetic and he was using splenda and aspartame and his blood sugar level got higher- and also he got a side effect that causes him not to be able to walk for almost a month- no dr knew why- until I did some research- and it said that art. sugar could cause this- he stopped cold turkey- got horrible withdrawal headaches- but within a couple weeks was able to walk again. Very scary!!

Sweet 'n low will not raise blood sugar, however, do note that taking large quantities has been scientifically shown to cause cancer.

Stevia is a natural alternative that isn't a carcinogen and won't spike blood sugar.

Also try Whey Low, Tagatose, Sweet Fiber and Splenda

You shouldn't use any substitute containing aspartame and phenylalanine, all of this goes to your bladder, IN the long run or in the short run if you have a bad metabolism. Be sure the sugar level is not for other reason then ask your doctor if he needs insulin shots. You should have in mind that oil, fats, alcohol, white bread and pasta become sugar inside the body.

^Fruits are healthy but can be high in carbonates he needs to speak to his doctor or nutritionist and find out how many carbs he can have per meal and snack.

Diabetics can use Sweet N Low, but I've read many negative things about it in general. Out of all the sweeteners Splenda seems to be the safest.
