Only high EMF or Ionic Radiation or strong magnet field have effect on TPM or PPM.
You should not worry about your pace maker. However I have noticed that when a personal is talking on cell phone, and another on the ground line, there is distortion on ground line.
This need a high degree of concern, and the manufacturer should inform about this precaution, as too many cell phones are on the streets, offices, in pockets etc.
A MATTER OF CONCERN.
In case of any symptom/s report to your consultant.

Anything electronic can affect a pacemaker. I don't know any reason the vibrate feature should have more effect than a normal ringer. Phones are built to certain regulations--if there is no warning that came with your phone and no warning on your pacemaker that cell phones may be an issue, you are probably ok. However, if you suspect that your phone is causing problems, you should go see your cardiologist immediately.

I'm 99% sure that is doesn't. The doc should've explained that anything within a magnetic field is what you should be concerned about. For example, when you go thru security at the airport, you need to let security know you're wearing a pacemaker. Get more info from your doc.

I think the thing that makes a cell phone vibrate is mechanical, not something that sends out electrical impulses, so it should have no effect.
