Navy style shower.
wet down for a minute or less.
turn off the water.
shampoo.
lather with soap,scrub.
start at the top and go to the feet last.
turn on water.
rinse off for a minute or two.
this isn't the most comfortable way to shower but it saves a ton of water and you get just as clean.
Just make sure you get all of the suds rinsed off.
good luck.

It's all coming together for me now. Stinky, Earthy, Environmental people - short showers.... Maybe if green wackos showered long enough to get the stink off, people could stand to be in a room with them for more than 10 seconds, and might actually listen to some of this Global Warming crap.

Yes I do. I turn the shower on and get wet, turn the shower off and shampoo & soap up, the turn the shower on again to rinse off. The water runs less than 3 minutes.

My shower is about 6 minutes. I cant believe some people take 20-30 min showers, its this mentality that shows how careless people are for conserving our resources. Maybe this long every other day or every third day with shorter ones in between, but every day, no one needs that. Next they'll say they aren't using low flow shower heads.

The concept of "saving" water is bunk. Water is not distroyed by shower, or any other use of water... it is used, cleaned, and returned to the enviroment, where eventually it is used again. It's the water cycle...

No, probably 8-10 minutes. I do turn the water off in the sink when I brush my teeth, which helps.
