Are you eating alot of cheese or something?... a lot of veggies rely on cheese as a major protein&calcium source.
If you are eating cheese a lot than cut down the cheese, and start eating more fruits, veggies& FIBER (whole grains are usually a good source)
There could be other reasons why you might be constipated, but my first guess would be to cut down on things that make people constipated(cheese for example) And up your intake of fiber/fruits/veggies.

A couple things, one big one is that vitamins shouldn't make you sick to your stomache, sure they might taste gross when they're in your mouth, but after you swallow it, it shouldn't make you want to throw up. I think you might be taking too many vitamins, I take one or two a day, three at the most. About the blacking out, there are few things that it could be related to, one is dehydration, the other is blood sugar. Make sure you drink lots of water, and eat snacks during the day, you can also carry candy with you so when you feel like you're weak eat some candy, it'll help. After all this, if you still have probs, go to the doc!

Are you a vegetarian that eats lots of vegetables? Vegetables can be binding or laxative in different forms. Raw broccoli, carrots, apples, grapes, etc=laxative
applesauce, cooked carrot=binding
raw spinach=high in iron=binding (though extremely excellent for you health for the folic acid and iron you'll so desperately need)
coffee=stimulant=laxative
Try more "raw" veggies and fruits in your diet.

That's funny; there's a saying that goes "I'm a vegan and I poop three times a day."
And I have joyously found that to be true.
Don't eat cheese. It's bad for your tummy. Eat more vegetables than starchy bread or pasta.

Try eating more ruffage and drink more fluids. Eat a nice salad with tomatoe's and cucumbers. drink juices.

try eating corn.
or pears & fruit
cut your cheeses they constipate especially yelow cheesesThey also block arteries

if you are compisating protien with cheese..... stop, or cut down. this will constipate you, and it is just real fattening. too many bannanas will plug ya up too!
