A friend has went through this twice now. The second time they pulled all her teeth and she had a heart valve replaced. Does she still have a chance at getting this again?

Yes. Look at my answer before this one. Endocarditis is the same thing as we call "growing vegetables": in the medical world. Someone told this questionairre they could have a piercing. NOT!
Your friend will always be at risk of developing endocarditis, so it makes it extremely important for her to have antibiotics before dental work, incidental surgeries. etc.....

My husband had endocarditis last February and was hospitalized for a week; he had a heart valve that also needed to be replaced. The beginning of April he developed this again and on April 13th Tony suffered a massive stroke which has left him with right side paralysis and unable to speak, read, write or communicate. My husband is 46 years old. Tell your friend to keep up with her doctor visits, take antibiotics that are prescribed and stay informed. This will continue to be a very long road for us but we will stay strong!

Yes. Someone who's had it once is VERY MUCH MORE LIKELY TO HAVE IT AGAIN.... and again...... and again.

A person who's had it more than once should be extremely cautious around people who are sick, around kids, etc.

If it happens, again, it will likely destroy another heart valve -

It's not great news.... but you asked..
