steamed because they stir fry them in oil.

Steamed - sauce on the side may sound better but they are usually too mushy - I'd go with the crisper stir fry because the sesame oil actually has healthy benefits too!

Steamed is healthier and provides a great means of nutrition. Frying always adds to your cholesterol levels. Amongst other levels. Better to go steamed.

Steamed is less calories but that is not as nice as stirfried.
The difference in calories is not going to make that much a difference. And enjoyment of food is important as well.
Just have a smaller serve of stirfry if you are really concerned.

For dark veggies like Chinese Brocolli, baby bok choy, choy sum, ung choy, spinich, etc. I prefer them par boiled with a little rock or kosher salt for flavoring. You do not need any oil.
FYI, I know you're not cooking tonight, but you can do it at home, really easily. Also you can use a little drizzle of oyster sauce for a lot of flavor and little calories and skip the sesame oil or vegitable oil all together.

Steamed has almost no fat, so if you are counting calories, I'd go with that.
