Reduce sugar (carbs) and triglycerides will plummet with it. There is a train of thought that cholesterol has nothing to do with fat and everything to do with sugar. My last test showed mine at 44. It's amazing what will happen if you cut sugar out of your diet.

DON'T drink alcohol, eat refined sugars, or consume alot of simple carbs.

DO exercise daily, drink at least 2liters of water daily and take fish oil capsules for the omega three fatty acids.

try to adjust your diet and if you need to you can try taking fish oil tablets i had to when mine got to 397 water helps too. mainly if you watch things you eat it can get better i also have a fatty liver which can raise them
