And I'm having her over for dinner tonight. We're going to watch TV. I want it classy but easy. She loves baked beans. Help?

Order pizza, vegi dips, like artichoke and spinach dip, which is very good and I don't like artichokes or spinach, but are very good with tortilla chips, or pita bread.

I love this meal! Its just a rough estimate (I'm not gonna put the amounts but I will tell you what you need).

You'll need: pasta of your choice, white beans, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, fresh tomatoes (grape tomatoes work great), and a little pesto.

Cook the pasta and then:

Rinse the beans, mince the garlic, slice the tomatoes in half, and add salt and pepper to taste to the veggie mixture. Add to some olive oil (enough to coat pasta) and then add just a little basil to your veggie sauce. Mix into pasta!

Its so easy, and its really delicious! You can make a salad and serve it with croutons or garlic bread, or just regular bread even! Its really quick and great! Have fun with your friend!

You can never go wrong with Italian food. You could try a few pasta recipes, with a salad and French bread as a side dish.

Want something easy? Go buy some tofu for her and vegetables and put them on a stick. Grill soy veggie kabobs.
