Go to ***** and get one of those all in one kits. They have volleyball, badmitton, horseshoes and a few other games in them. We bring this with us all the time when we go to picnics and bbq's and everyone uses it.

Also, if there are going to be children there let them decorate their own cupcakes with frosting, sprinkles, etc. Some adults might enjoy this as well.

Another really good game to play is pictionary. You can play on teams so quite a few can participate at once. Go to a supply store and get a really large pad of paper and an 8 pack of crayola markers.

Poker seems to be really popular right now. Get a poker set and play some no limit poker.

Do a little research and find a ceramics person. Buy mugs, pen holders, name plates, whatever you like, the paints and have them make something they have for a reminder. Bring the unbaked ceramic back to the person and when they are done have them brought to the office.

This seems odd, but it was a real kick at a company party. Make snowflakes. Everyone gets a sheet of white printer paper. You can fold it in front of you however you want, but to make the snowflake you have to hold it behind your back to tear it, no peeking. When you're done, the host puts a number on the back and tacks or tapes it up. (And gives you your number) People then vote on the best snowflake. It's really pretty no matter what time of year and fun while people walk around and look at paper snowflakes.
