I love tofu, however it wasn't always like that. When I first tried making it I wasn't doing it properly(draining water, allowing other flavors to be absorbed by the tofu, etc). With practice I have gotten much better at making taste really good.

I do, but only prepared a few ways. Tofu really absorbs the flavor of whatever you add to it, so it's important to marinade it and cook it right. I like to use tofu in pad thai, and I pan-fry the tofu till crispy. I like tofu in miso soup. I like tofu with honey, vanilla and strawberries. YUM!

I like it so much, I have learned to make my own. Homemade tofu rocks the house at least three times a week.

Much better than store bought, healthier, and at 40 cents a pound, hella cheap.

Vadalia Onion
Green Beans
Carrots
Firm TOFU
Salt, pepper, garlic, red pepper, and Hot Madras Curry powder
