I'm not Filipino, I'm Guamanian. But I eat a whole lot of Filipino food and my all time favorite would have to be SINIGANG... mmm.. oh! And banana lumpia, too!

i tried some filipino food in an asian buffet and one of my favorites is the roasted pig (forgot how they call it), that according to the chef, is a specialty from cebu (not really sure of the spelling). im actually a vegetarian but that dish is just so tasty..

balut! also kare kare ng dagat, sinigang (any kind), breakfast (tosino, longanisa, tapa, daing). Funny thing is that we're having chicken parmesan at my parents' house tonight :)

Well, it depends in the category...I love the most are desserts...maja blanca, pichi-pichi, carioca, buchi, bibingka and puto bumbong, all types of suman..yum yum!..
