I am going vegan 4 a while i am already a vegetarian and i am 12 but would it be healthy for me to go vegan?

I became a vegetarian at 12. I'm 13 now, and I am perfectly healthy. Only thing that happened to me was that I lost some weight!

Well, if you do...you need to make sure that you still get all of the nutrients that you would be getting if you were eating meat and animal products. Things like protein and calcium are found mainly in milk and meats. if you do go vegan and veritarian...then you need to talk to your doctor so that he/she can get you vitamin supplements so that your body can still recieving the nutrients that it needs. No sweetie. Vegetarian is hard enough, esp. w/ your growing bones, puberty, and all. Just wiat until you are 20 or so.
