is it warts?

a little while ago i noticed 3 little red bumps on my leg near my bum, one of them went skin coloured but i was able to pick it off. the other 2 you could barely see and they went away. do i have genital warts?! could it be anything else?

You really need to visit a doctor. They are the ones who will properly diagnose you and offer/provide treatment if necessary. Good luck!
