Hi, The only thing that I have found to control my sarcoidosis is concentrated transfer factor with nothing else in it.My flair ups are seldom, as long as I get proper rest. When I do have a flair up, I take a couple more of the capsules and it goes away within 24 hours usually.I thank God every day that a friend of mine told me about this supplement.I did a lot of reading on the medical studies of tranfer factor and it is safe since we were all born with it.
