where is the best place to have a bbq party w/ alcohol in the chicago forest preserve?

I would pick one of the smaller preserves for the party. They do let you reserve groves in advance -- it is an extra effort but it keeps things more private.
If your guests like to fish or play sports the different preserves have different facilities.
I would definitely pick a grove with rain cover and not far from toilets.
