Pork tenderloin is really easy to cook and impressive. Its not too pricey and goes on sale a lot. Doesn't take too long to cook. How about this:
Spinach salad with strawberries/almonds
Pork Tenderloin
Garlic mashed potatoes
Fresh asparagas or green beans
Dessert - scoop of vanilla ice cream with some fresh fruit (could be a couple of berries, melon balls, etc - ) It would be light and refreshing.

Ask the restaurant to come up with 2 dinners that you can afford for how ever many people you have coming so that you can offer the guests to choose from those 2 dishes. You were very smart to pre order the appetizers and drinks. Just tell them if they want any other drinks they must pay for themselves. Or if you don't like just offering 2 dinners can the place do a family style dinner where everyone has the same thing but there is alot of it-that way everyone talks to each other and shares with each other. I think that you are a very nice sister for doing this and have a great time.

Chicken Tortilla Cups as an appetizer
They are so easy and delish! Oh, and they can be served cold. Just don't fill the cups until you are ready to serve them otherwise they'll get a bit soggy.
Dessert: Strawberries and powdered sugar.
These two are really easy and will free up your time to concentrate on the main course.
Remember, they will be there to see YOU, but if you are stressing away in the kitchen, they won't have a good time.
Good luck and have fun.
Tip: Steer away from dishes people eat at home on a regular basis. Simple chicken on the grill or in the oven for example.
You want this to be special for them. Make sure you have copies of the recipe below printed out. I always get requests for it.

I actually just had a dinner party and I have a few QUICK and EASY (and i mean easy) recipes!
I cook salmon: cut into 2 inch stripss, preheat oven to 350, slice 4 garlic cloves, and place all over the fish, then slice 3 lemons and squeez juice on top and then lay on top of the chicken. Then I will cook a veggie or carb with it on the side!
I have 2 other great healthy chicken (EASY) recipes...email me if you like them!

Do some chicken casseroles or baked with sweet and sour sauce.Large salad with side items to go on,that way they choose.Baked potatoes and green beans.Appetizers can be chunks of cheeses, olives, and cherry tomatoes on pretzel sticks.Maybe a artichoke dip and bread.Do a mini buffet so they will just take what they plan to eat,no waste that way...

Why not do chicken breast. Mccormick sells this lemon pepper marinade and it is GREAT you just pour it on your chicken and then bake in the oven for like 45 minutes and then you can do rice or a baked potato or mashed potatos and a a vegetable I like to make broccoli and have some cheese for people that might like cheese on the broccoli and do a salad and rolls
