How do we get AIDS/HIV?

If I only masterbate then there is nothing to worry about? What if my own sperms comes in contact with a cut that I had? People say there is nothing to worry about.

AIDS (Auto-Immune Deficiency Syndrome) and HIV (Human Immuno-Deficiency Virus) are spread by contact between bodily fluids of two different individuals. If you currently are HIV positive, then the virus will be present in both your sperm and your blood. It is transmittable to other people, but if you have the virus, you have it- you can't catch it from yourself.
Unprotected sexual contact with an infected individual and contact with infected needles and blood is the easiest way to contract HIV. It can be passed along in semen, vaginal secretions, blood, and in much smaller and less dangerous amounts in saliva.
To sum it up, no, you cannot catch HIV from yourself, but it is important to get tested and to make sure any sexual partners are tested as well. Always wear a condom, and don't do drugs. You'll be just fine.

if you're a virgin, and you've never shared blood with anyone, there is nothing to worry about.

you cannot catch stds from masturbating.

in order to get hiv you must come in contact with an infected persons bodlily fluids. like blood, vaginal secretions, penile secretions, saliva (but you have injest A LOT of saliva to contract the disease) etc.

if you're only masturbating you're 110% safe from EVERYTHING!
