If both of you are STD-FREE and healthy kids...no you can't get an STD from each other. Now if she or he is not healthy and has herpes of the mouth...then yes you probably can give each other something if you go ORAL.

Just be careful...and you might want to talk to your parents about this if your worried or if something happens.

Some std, can be transmitted by feto-maternal route you know. HIV, Hep B n C can be pass down from mother to baby.
So, can you really sure that your partner doesn't get them from his/her parent ? I don't think so.
So, my answer is, yes, std can be passed to you/your partner, eventhough both of you were virgin.

Use condom would be wise choice.

You can get pregnant.

If his mother has an STD, it's possible she passed it on to him.

You can pick up a lot of STDs without having intercourse as well. Any mixing of bodily fluids.

You can get pregnant, but since you're both virgins you can't get herpes or another type of STD like that.

Pregnant?

Pubic lice is considered an STD (by some), and you can get it from a toilet seat

You could get pregnant. STDs are possible, I suppose, but not likely.
