I have a suspicion that you eat a lot of junk food. Cut out sugars, chips, soda, packaged juices, empty calories, cheese, butter and whole milk. Eat fruit or smoothies made with skim milk or soy/rice milk to satisfy your sweet tooth. Eat a cereal like Special K (protein plus is a good choice) for breakfast instead of sugary cereals.

Because of your age I'd get advice from some kind of professional to make sure you lose weight in a healthy way. Do you excercise? That'll help, even though it's boring.

If you are eating healthily, and getting moderate exercise, you could be getting ready to hit a growth spurt. Talk to your doctor, though, he/she would be the best person to answer your questions. Be truthful about what you eat, when you eat, how much you eat, and your exercise routines, and take it from there.
