It depends very much how long is he practicing, and his reputation, affiliation to a hospital of repute.The average is between 80,000 to 162,000 dollars.; but keep the above factors in mind. It is a postulated average it can be much higher.

I would guess from $150k/year at a minimum to $300k. Keep in mind that there are expenses such as malpractice insurance, and it would depend if it was private practice, etc., but in general, they do pretty well, financially.

Not too sure how much they make, but I read recently that their life expectancy was about 59. Hmmm.
