I'd say pool party, if you have a private pool i think that's the coolest of all
or you can celebrate your birthday in an amusement park
that sounds fun as well

sleepovers are great bonding time for you and your friends. you can do anything-bake cookies, watch movies, gossip all night, games, etc.
if you want something bigger, haha a big bash like those girls on "my super sweet 16", you could rent out a big hall and have a dance party.
or if you're adventerous...go to an amusement park. these are fun!
or if you're classy, go to an very fancy expensive restaurant and dress up!

There are a lot of things to do (I am a late teen so I would know)
~Laser games, super fun and most guys and girls like it.
~Theme parks, lots of fun roller coasters and other rides
~Pool parties are always fun
~Bowling
~Roller/Ice Skating
~Movie night (sometimes they let you rent private theaters and there are special seats and tables with snacks it was so awesome :D)

I just had a party and we went canoeing and then we went out for dinner. It was really fun and everyone loved it. You can invite your closest friends. We also wen to a motel afterward, so it was a sleepover.
