Sure, why not , it occurs during sleep, in normal persons without any symptom/s.
Similar is the case with diabetics, due to degeneration of nerve endings of heart either during the day and night.

Yes you can. I have had 2, which is why I knew that I had had the second one. I had loss of feeling in my foot . They sent me home from ER and I had to return the next day as it had progressed up my leg,(the loss of sensation). There was no pain involved. If you suspect, either call for ambulance or have someone drive you. Then have them run tests for clotting. I have a clotting disease and without treatment, I'd be dead.

Yes it is possible. They are known as mini strokes and only affect you for a short time. Look for symptoms, if you have any mini strokes you should see your doctor. Some symptoms are numbness and tingling, lapse of memory, incoherent speech, dizziness. See a doctor!

Yes...minor ones inflict no pain but can cause short term memery loss to numbness in the arm..or worsening vision, slurrd speach.

if it was mild enough you might hafe to have a doctor to tell you what has occurred to you
