One of the men you have been with has the disease. Men are often aysmptomatic and testing men is more difficult then women.
To test a man for the most commen STD's (Chlamydia and Gonorrhea) you insert a cotton swab into the penis and try to collect a sample of bacteria and then put it on a sample plate to see if it grows Gonorrhea or Chlamydia. If the man has recently urinated or if a poor sample was obtained then the test will be negative. The test is not very accurate for the reasons.
In order to have Chlamydia you have to have been exposed to someone with the disease. If you have(or had) Chlamydia and had sex with your boyfriend, he now has it even if he is not showing symptoms.
You probably are not going to get a clear answer as to who actually gave you the disease, however all of your current partners need to get treated or else you will get the disease again.
The treatment is simple, cheap and effective. Just let this be a lesson to you to be careful. There are many STD's out there that are not so easy to get rid of.

Well, I doubt the doctor was lying, and A cared enough about you to go to the doctor and used protection with you, so who does that leave?
It seems that B lied, and gave you a little remembrance of your time together. Then he probably lied again about being tested and not having it. You will have to confess to A, if you're still seeing him, and he may need testing/treatment.
I think you need to be more thoughtful and careful.

I am sorry, but I don't believe the doctor was testing the first guy for chlamydia. Usually they just test for HIV and maybe syphilis.

Go to the Dr- this can permanently damge your reproductive system and cause sterility. Abstinence is the only answer to the problem of STDs and avoiding pregnancy.
