When you are having pain your blood pressure will elevate. If I were you I'd take some Tylenol or Motrin and try to rest. I would go to the Dr. in the morning. The number at the top is just a little high. 106 for the bottom number is fairly high, but I don't think it's so high that you need to go to the ER, unless it gets to120.

Fluctuating BP is not appreciated, as it can result in complication/s, as your lower reading is too high, and must be stress on your coronary arteries.
Consult your consultant and have the blood pressure stabilized , as your readings are too high. NOT to forget antihistamines can cause such reading, including a cough syrup.
Call your doctor or help line if you experience discomfort in chest.

yes, I think it would be a good idea to get checked out. your blood pressure is way too high. you may want to call 911 to have them come out and let them take you to the ER. wether or not the other symptoms have anything to do with it, I'm not sure, but the blood pressure I would be concerned about. good luck & God Speed.

I would go to my primary care physician. If you can't get in to see him check to see if there is an urgent care center near you.

Go to hospital or see if you can reach your GP first.
