my granny eats horse raddish all the time. I say it's nasty. I can't stand watching her eat it. So yeah, does anyone eat horseraddish on anything?

I love it on sandwhiches, it gives a good bitter taste, thinking about it just made my tongue curl and water eek!

I like it alot. It will clear out a head cold in about 5 seconds. It adds a lot to different foods. Meat especially. Also good with ham and beans over potatoes. Then put in some Horseradish and vinegar and ketchup and you have a world class meal.

i was about 5 years old playing outside with my friends, and my mother came out of the house and told me to take a bite of this albino carrot that she had. being the stupid trusting kid i was, i took a big ol' bite. followed by running to the house for some water. despite that horse raddish is great!

The best of sauces. Certainly with beef but goes well smoked mackerel or other smoked fish. I could just have a horseradish sauce sandwich. I n fact that is what I'm going to do right now.

I like it.

To the person who said she thinks it's a poison. You're partly right. The 'hot' compound is allyl isothiocyanate, which is mildly toxic. You would need to eat an insane amount of it, however, to be at any risk.

It's great but I usually don't like to eat it how it is. I mix it with A-1 steak sause and use it for grilling steck and chicken. I also mix it with brown mustard for roast beef sandwiches. Yummy

I love adding it to Sloppy Joes and I love a good tangy-lot-of-horseradish cocktail sauce for shrimp!

Heck yeah, horseradish is delicious! I love it on steak. Plus, wasabi (for sushi) is just horseradish with green coloring. YUMMY
