Yes. The worst STDs can be transmitted. Herpes can spread just by contact. Gonorrea can give you the famous "clap of the yap" which can permanently destroy your vocal chords and make you sound like popeye. HIV is transmitted through body fluids. This kind of lack of knowledge can get you killed.
Don't take my word or anyone elses here. Look it up online. It is easy to find. If you have already done this then get tested for STDs as soon as possible.
