well you NEED stremers, a cute cake, a DJ, ALL of her friends numbers or way to contact them, a place to have the party (maybe at your place), and lots of help.
get everything ready & call her a day or two befor the party and ask her if she wants to go to a nice restrant the night of the party. if she says yes then its perfect if not then your on your own for the back up plan. that night pick her up and take her to your place if she asks way just say you for got your walet. then you walk back to the house (make sure everyone is ready and tell them you'll be back in a few minutes) grab a blind fold and your walet. you put the blind fold on her when your back in the car and tell her where you are going is a suprise. after she cant see you drive around for a little bit and then drive back to your house. tell her that your there but to keep the blind fold on. walk her in side the house. say you are going to take the blind fold off on 3. you count to 3 and take it off. that is when every one jumps out and yells "suprise!" and that is how you do a suprise party.
tip: make sure she doesnt think every one for got her birthday
