As other people explained it wasn't blood sugar levels they tested. But yes you are clinicly diabetic. Even 7.7 mmol/L is too high and it got WAAAYYYYY too high after ingesting sugar. If I were in your shoes, I would research a ketogenic diet and stick to it.
In a perfect world you would want this under 6 both before and after a sugary meal to be in perfect health. Over 11 is really not good at all.

It is most definitely possible to have a sugar level of 7.7 - in mmol/L, which would be 138 mg/dL (used in the US). If you were that fasting, then you are slightly over the fasting limit. If after the drink, you were 11.4 mmol/L, or 205 mg/dL, then this also puts you into the diabetic range. I'd say you definitely have tendencies...talk to your doctor to interpret the results.

you are not understanding the results, as they were told to you, no one's blood sugar level is 7.7, they would be dead, anything less than 20 is inconsistent with life.
if on the other hand the 7.7 was your a1c level, you started out high and got higher. And if that is the case, yes, you are diabetic. Since you can't tell me exactly what test you are talking about it isn't possible to know. Wait for your doctor to explain it to you.
