Well, they are not animals, if that is what you are asking.
If you are implying they are not fruits because they have no seeds, that is incorrect, they probably do have vestigial seeds.

Haha, good point! I loved this question. They still do have tiny seeds (like bananas, which are also a sterilized fruit), but regardless, they would still not be a vegetable as that is a /culinary/ term regarding sweetness and thus, what kind of cooking to use it in. I do think it's a little confusing that we have "fruit", which is both a botanical term and a culinary term, and "vegetable", which is a culinary term that includes many botanical fruits. So a huge number of our "fruits and vegetables" do belong to both groups.

no seedless grapes are "created" by mixing two different species of grape together. as they are different species the "young" is infertile ie no seeds. the same goes for why bananas are a fruit but don't have seeds

nope, seedless grapes are still fruits. they are grown in a special way that makes them seedless. it is used in all seedless fruits. ( watermelon)

NO they are in the fruit. On the food pyramid for the SAD they are bunched with Veggie, this does lead to confusion.

No, strictly speaking they are fruits. But they do have a good amount of fiber though they have sugar also.
