I am a vegetarian and no, I don't eat ice cream, yogurt, or cheese...nor do I drink milk.
Granted, the animal is not killed, but the dairy industry is incredibly cruel to the cows. I cannot support that by eating the products.

Eating dairy products does not make you a meat eater, and it does not discredit you from being a vegetarian. Just go back to basics. Babies or infants can't eat meat or solid food, they have to rely on their mother's breast milk. Drinking breast milk doesn't make the infant a carnivore.

lacto/ovo vegetarians eat dairy and eggs, but its all just a personal choice. as for fake cheese, thats gross there is something very not right with cheese that does not melt.

I eat certain yogurts and cheese occasionally. They have to be organic and contain no gelatin or animal rennet. Most regular brands have those ingredients in them.

No, because I am allergic to milk. I'm also so allergic to eggs and honey, so I've become a vegan by default.
