Breathlessness, sweating,lightheadness after 10 min walk. My ECG Normal, TMT test mildly positive, lungs normal so doctor advice to do angiogram.

Yes. A radiographic stress test, and with a sonogram to see valves, too.

If no pain, I would think that is more likely a valve problem. With pain, a partial arterial blockage.

Normal ECG means no heart damage yet from a blocked artery.

Angio can also show valve problems, I think.

I understand that an angiogram is the best test to see what is going on in your heart in detail. They can also correct some problems while they are there.

It's far far better to catch problems early than late.

If it were me, I would get the test but I'm not a doctor.

Are you hypertensive? or any other CV medications, you are suffering from Exertional Angina!
There is a reduced supply to your myocardium (Heart), hence the coronaries must be excluded,and the probable cause of pain; for further treatment and management please.
Follow your physician advise as he is well versed with your physical status.
