I'm a diabetic as well, by all means do NOT wait to get medical help. If not and you continue on, you could end-up losing a foot or a leg or both,

If the leg or foot or other leg leg are in pain, and there are obviouse signs of capillary breakage then you should most certainly see the doctor. If the swelling is severe and there is no breakage you should still make time to get your limb seen to.

Your feet and legs are swollen due to edema: water retention. Have your doctor check that out A.S.A.P in the meantime just elevated you feet and avoid salt till you see the doctor ,but you don't need to go to hospital if only it gets worse.

i think you you need to see you endocrinologist or your doctor asap. it needs immediate intervention, there are some peoples disregard this kind of condition, after a while, they have to undergo amputation because their feet and leg are already necrotized. oh you hould see a doctor asap
