Do you work in Vegas or some other sort of gambling establishment in any other city? If yes, my best advice is begin to serve them as soon they sit down at the slot machine for if you get to them later, I am guaranteeing you they will not have money at all to tip you even if they feel like doing so. My other word of advice is serve them quickly, and keep the down time between their drinks low or even better yet, ask them if they want more then one at a time and serve more then one at a time.
Other advice is work more on and harder for those who are not stingy and work less for the ones who are. Work smarter, not harder.

Bring people's drinks as quick as possible and get the order right since the first moment. Also when people are leaving bring their tab check also quick. The "boobs almost out" might work for some people but when your customers are women the above tips will be more appreciated ($$$).

Just be nice, not overly nice, chat, a smile always help. You could show a little more flesh, but this will probably only work on the guy's, girls may think your a slag.
You just need to be talkative joke around abit.

flirt outrageously. Wear skimpy outfits. Give guys the impression that you would gladly screw them...suggestively say COCKtails, would anyone like another COCKtail?? Wink and smile like you KNOW what they are thinking when you ask them this!

Try to remember what your regular customers order and bring it to them before they ask. If it is a smoking establishment light their cigarette. Recommend new drinks for them to try or a drink or wine that will compliment their meal and make them feel like they are your #1 customer. I used to be a bartender and waitress and this always worked for me.

Learn your customers names. Remember their favorite drinks. Strike Up a Conversation. Check on them to see if they are enjoying themselves. Give them freebies or extra's every now and then.
