Just give it all to a homeless person in one big bag. They likely have experience with this so they would know the proper way to sort things. And they would be more than happy to because they can collect the money and get themselves a meal.

I keep a separate box in my garage for each item: glass, plastic, used cooking oil, styrofoam, computer parts, steel, telephone directories, tin, cardboard, magazines, paper, aluminum cans, and newsprint. Then, about once a week, I fill up my car and take a load to my recycling center. -RKO- 07/05/07

Usually, we separate them. But first, don't use water bottles :p Use tap water, it helps other's environment

I think it actually depends where you live. In my old town we used to seperate them, but where I live now we place them all together. You should look up the website of the city you live it and see if the information is there.

yes... it's alright to pack them all in one bag. they are some of the waste under the "recyclables" category.

Contact your local recycling agency to see what their policy is. All of ours is together, but my in-laws have to separate theirs. So it just depends on the agency.
