You can't be part vegan.
PETA is one of the most hypocritical organizations out there. To many reasons to list here but one quick example is this. One of the vice presidents of PETA, Mary Beth Sweetland, is a type A diabetic. She takes insulin. Where does inslulin come from? It is extracted from pork pancreas cells. So it's ok to kill a pig to save her life, but not ok for anyone else.

As the others have said no such thing as part vegan. I am a member of PETA and live a cruelty free life. PETA's web site has some great information regarding the benefits of living cruelty free.

There is no such thing as part vegan. Since you eat meat, you are an omnivore.
One does not have to be a member PETA to lead a vegetarian lifestyle.

Eating chicken and cheese disqualifies you from being a vegan. Sorry... You don't have to belong to PETA to not eat animal products.

PETA is a bunch of hypocrites. They do NOT practice what they preach and don't seem to mind breaking laws (like breaking and entering, trespassing, and theft).
Did you hear the one about the animal cruelty case in North Carolina -- against PETA? They took animals from an animal shelter under the pretense of finding "good homes" for them -- and immediately euthanized every one of them and dumped their bodies into a dumpster.

There is no such thing as "part" vegan. You are either a vegan, a vegetarian, or neither. You are neither.
You eat meat. Plain and simple. I have co-workers who call themselves vegetarians, but they regularly eat fish and other seafood. They are NOT vegetarians.

A true vegetarian doesn't eat meat at all. No chicken, fish, etc. In addition...don't depend upon the lunatic fringe to give you advice on being a vegetarian.

You're a not-vegan. =) You still eat dead flesh, hun. You're still an omnivore.
However, if you dropped the MEAT all together, you could be considered a lacto-ovo vegetarian.
