Yes you can! You just got to make sure that you put this nasal spray into a tiny little zip lock bag. And then you are safe to put it in your purse and go through customs. I am addicted to nasal spray too, so I feel you! I fly all the time and I never had a problem. They allow liquids on the plane as long as they fit into a tiny zip lock bag.

So long as the liquid content of the spray is less then three ounces and the screeners are aware of it.
Put it in a plastic bag and show it as you pass through the xray machines.
If you're not allowed to bring it on, then dump it.
However, it is best to go to an airway website and research what you can and cannot bring on, just to ease the load of the airport workers, okay?
