I have these bumps that I guess you can call warts around the base of my penis. None of the bumps are actually on the penis only some at the very bottom and around the area. Is this an STD? What can I do to get rid of them. Is there anything I can use that can just be picked up at the drug store.

Very few doctors spend their time on Y/A and even if they did, how would they know unless they looked at it?? Go to a doctor for crying out loud!
if it is an STD there is nothing over the counter that is going to rid you of it.

sounds like you have genital warts. these are caused by HPV which can be sexually transmitted. However, no one here can really say for sure, you should have it checked out.
