Global warming, if it's too hot, drink lot of water, ORS, if perspiring too much.
In hot weather this is a natural phenomena, but if symptom/s persists, check with your doctor. OK.

Speaking from experience with Asthma, albuterol can certainly spike your resting heart rate. (Caffeine, nicotine and a host of other drugs can, as well.) The heat might also be a problem for you. (High temperatures wipe me out!)
If you really are relaxed, haven't taken any of these drugs recently, and your heart continues to race, it may well be tachycardia, which is something to see your doctor about, if you haven't already.
Most doctors can run an EKG. It is painless and a good way to check if your heart's rhythm is OK. They may also have you wear a 24-hour monitor to see if they can capture a picture of what is going on with a tachycardic episode. But this would only make sense if you have these problems regularly.
I encourage you to talk to your parents about this and be as proactive as you can. There is probably nothing wrong, but why take chances with something as important as your heart?

If it was too hot or you were stressed you will tell us not the other way. Similarly, if you had difficulty in breathing, it was asthma. We can't tell you about that. What made you tired? If it was really hard work, it is OK. But if you get tired by a little exertion, it is abnormal. It may be due to anaemia. Get a check up/ good luck!

Tell your mom or dad to take you to the doctor if this occurs often. The doctor can hook you up to a heart monitor for 24 hours to monitor your heart rate.If your heart rate does speed up and slow down quite often or if it always beats fast, your doctor can get you the right medicine or he may reccommend a quick, not very painful surgery to regulate your heart beat called catheter ablation. Either way, go to a doctor... especially when it has to do with your heart!

i think this may have to do with your asthma, im not sure if i am correct but i have heard some effects of asthma is heart racing. Maybe search it on google, or ask your mom/doctor. Were you nervous or scared about something? If so, that may be the case.

Do you have any stress? Are you scaring something? any anxiety? but you are too young to have stress. I've experienced this, my case is due to stress and anxiety, I just took some kind of sleeping pill (DZ) and anti stress pill (according to my doctor), much better now. Just wait and see for few days and find out what are the causes. If it doesn't go after few days, you may need to see doctor.

Are you on any medication? Many medications can spike your heart rate.
Your asthma just might have something to do with this. If you're not on anything, you want to see a doctor about that.

GO SEE A DOCTOR! This is Yahoo! Answers and we could be insane for all you know. It sounds like your problem is stress-related. It may even be something like you drank too much caffeine, but I DON'T KNOW. I'm NOT A DOCTOR.

Sounds to me like an acute anxiety attack. If you have reasons to think you may be stressed, then yes...it's probably stressed related.
