If you are lucky enough to live somewhere with a good size Asian population there should be an Asian grocery...they sell Bitter Melon...atleast the ones here in Houston do.

depends on where you are located - you can get it at a large farmers market, or an Indian Specialty foods store. If you live in Central Wisconsin you are just plain out of luck nobody sells it here.
