Yet another statement with no source to back it up. Here are some things that I would like to know.

1. How many is most (give a %)
2. Are you talking about total cholesterol or LDL?
3. Did they have a low HDL?
4. Did those who did not have high cholesterol have any of the 8 other risk factors for heart disease? (age, gender, heredity, obesity, physical inactivity, diabetes, high blood pressure)

Well I guess that I and some of my friends aren't normal. My heart attack took my life for several minutes, my cholesterol has always been about 380 and I struggle with meds and diet to control it, along with my buddies. But then I didn't read what you read so, maybe that's the reason.

I'd bring up the differences in lipid particle size, but you don't have the scientific knowledge to understand.

The effect of elevated lipids on atherosclerotic disease is proven and accepted by the medical community.

Yet the anti-cholesterol crazies march on...
