I've never heard the term "heart stroke" but maybe it refers to a heart attack caused by a blood clot.
I have heard of strokes in the brain being referred to as a "brain attack" similar to a heart attack. I wonder if this is what you're thinking of.

NOT A DOCTOR but i think a stroke is when a part of the brain is deprived of oxygen by a blood clot and depending on the part that is affected you lose control of certain muscles in your body. a heart attack is when a blood clot blocks arteries in the heart, causing a vice like pain and even death
