I noticed you have a few posts with the same question so it seems like you are pretty concerned. You might never get the right answer until you go and get it tested. It is very possible that you are cutting and tearing the skin around your penis from sexual intercourse. Especially if you are un circumcised, aren't wearing a condom, or grinding alot with clothes on. I have torn mine up plenty of times and I am sure it wasn't herpes cause I have herpes and I can tell the difference. Usually when I do get rug burn or tears it's almost instantly after playing rough like you mentioned. However alot of people often over look herpes thinking that it's just rug burn, ingrown hair, or something else. Honestly when in doubt check it out. It won't hurt go to the doctor and have them do a swab on the rash or lesions to ease your mind. I know it's embarrassing but it can only benefit you to know for sure. Just make sure you have the rash present when you go or else they won't be able to do anything for you.

Perhaps you have an std that is dormant until there is friction that occurs causing it to flare up or become more apparent and it sounds to me like it is genital herpes but I am no expert however I do know this you can spread it to your partner whether you are having an outbreak or not and you should be practicing safe sex while you are experiencing this so that you reduce the risk of spreading it and most importantly GO SEE A DOCTOR because this could possibly even lead to other problems with your body or worse cause permanent irreversible damage to your reproductive organs if left untreated. good luck and seek a proffessional consultation w your doc.

Most young people don't understand how their body or their partners work. You need to give the girl time to get lubricated then this will stop. If you rush things, you'll continue to have problems. Slow down!!
