How often.
I dont really know because those happen in a different times.

The question arises how often do you have these episodes in 24 hours? if they are frequent, than you require a Holter's monitor for your cardiac status evaluation.
I think personally, that you should contact your cardiologist.

Not heart problem

You can induce the pain by deep breathing. With heart pain you cannot notice any association. With muscle you can induce the pain as is with your condition. Another likely problem it could be the lung i.e. pneumonia...etc

did you mean to say 22?

heart disease isn't limited to older people.

go to a doctor. pain up the left arm are usually early warning signs of heart attacks.

most heart or cholesterol or other such ailments are largely genetic. very little of your cholesterol can actually be controlled by diet.

see a doctor, please.
