Yes, you can most definitely get a UTI after sex if you do not pee. My doctors have advised waiting no longer than 20 minutes after sex to urinate. (FYI, UTIs are not STDs; it's just an infection.) You may be cramping do to having vaginal issues or maybe just plain, old rough sex. The "slime" sounds like ejaculation, especially if it occurs only after intercourse. Does the discharge itch or have an offensive odor? If so, it MAY be an STD. I would talk to a gynecologist about the cramping. Some women experience significant pain during or after sex. It's a medical condition. If the discharge sounds off alarms, you should see a gyno about this as well.

The slime stuff is ejaculate. Not necessarily his though. We women produce some of our own. It's completely normal. There is a chance that if you do not pee after having sex you could get a UTI. The reason you pee after sex is to clean that "slime" out of your urethra in the possible chance that there is some there.

You are not using condoms, the slim stuff is the males sperm and if you cramp you need to be checked by a doctor and yes it sounds like you already have infection. Use a condom
