Possibility of UTI. Check urine for pus cells and culture if pus cells are positive.
Always pee after sex. Washes away any microorganisms transmitted. And wash the parts with a health faucet. Tissue paper is not a good idea.
And always wash from front to back..

yes you can..i have had them a couple of times and the doctor told me that the reason i was getting them was because i needed to pee after i have sex..that way it cleans any bacteria out of your system before it gets a chance to sit there and cause a problem like uti urinary track infections..and drink more water too! but if your already cramping then you need to go to the doctor so that they can give you what pills you need or cream to get rid of the infection you already have before it gets worse.

If the cramp is up front, perhaps its a UTI. However, if your cramps are in your lower back there may be a problem with your kidneys and you should see a doctor.

You could possibly be pregnant. Sometimes it just hurts and burns after sex anyway.
I would take a pregnancy test if you miss your period, then if you aren't pregnant and you still feel the pain then I would go to the doctor and get a test for a bladder infection.

Your risk is certainly higher, but it isn't a sure thing that if you don't pee right after sex, you'll get a uti. The risk is higher in women.

Pregnant, no. UTI, most likely. Or it could be something else. Check out this web page.

Sounds like you have gas or are constipated though.
