Hey! Okay... Ingredients: Tofu, Spinach Leaves, Earth Balance/Vegan Butter, Tomato, Onions Dice the tofu and tomato. Shred the spinach. Chop the onions. Put everything into a pan. When it starts to sizzle, add butter. Let it cook until the tofu is golden brown. This tastes SO GOOD!!! Add some salt and pepper if you want. :)

The way I like it best is to marinate it overnight in something like barbecue sauce. Then heat some oil in a skillet and drop cubes of marinated tofu into the hot oil. Let it cook a few minutes on each side-- top, bottom, and sides. You can also grill some onions in the oil with the tofu, if you like onions. Eat the tofu with rice and your favorite vegetable-- it's a great meal. 8-)

There are many ways to prepare tofu, unfortunately I haven't made it myself only eaten it at a restaurant, however I got some sites that you could use from Food Network
Just click on the link (or clear the current browser and copy and past it in and press enter) and it'll lead you to the FN site. In the first column of the table shows the different way tofu is made you can look at each one and decide it also shows the level of diffaculty in which it takes an amateur to make lol and the number of people it surves. Ah, since I'm Korean, I've had tofu in almost every single way it can be prepared. xD
You can do the following:
-Cut it up, fry it, and then dip it in soy sauce/any other sauce (or you can just eat it)
-Make some soup that has tofu in it (i.e. miso soup. there's also a Korean soup that's spicy that uses mainly soft tofu... It tastes really good with rice. +D)
-Wrap it up in a leaf (edible, like a sesame leaf) with something else, like bacon or something, cook it for a while, and then eat it
-Wrap it up with something, like kimchee (spicy Korean side dish)
-Eat it "raw" (x_x)
...that's all that comes to mind at the moment... Happy tofu eating. xD

Whatever you do with it, always do this first for the best texture. Start with extra firm tofu.
1) drain the water and squeeze as much as possible out.
2) freeze it overnight.
3) defrost and then squeeze as much of the remaining water out.
Then do whatever you were going to do. I like to put bbq sauce on it and bbq it.

The best way to cook tofu is to stand by your garbage can and dump it right in.. That stuff is nasty... Oh but seriously, it's best to marinate it in something (teriyaki seasoning, bread it) so it can absorb flavor... and fry it....

You can cook it any way you please. I just add it to whatever dish I am making. Stir fry, beans, rice, smoothie, etc. Just toss it into your favorite dish and enjoy.
