As you are probably aware, people who take Nitrates are very discouraged on the use of Viagra or Cialis !! Have you talked to your Doc about other options?? Before those 2 medications became available, there was an injection that was used just prior to intercourse. It was injected into one of the vessels in the penis shaft. I'm not sure if that would create issues while being on Nitrates. Just speak with your Doc.

You more likely have plaque deposits in the region of your privates, in particular the arteries that help the function. Maybe you need a stent down there.
Try a heart healthy diet, stress reduction, and exercise program.
