Go to http://www.recreation.gov/ It is a site by the federal government. you can look up campgrounds all over the US. I'm pretty sure they're all listed. The site is great for finding what your looking for and making reservations.

I hope you mean Surfside, South Carolina? The closest one is Lakeside Camping Resort http://www.lakewoodcampground.com/
While a little farther up the road is Myrtle Beach State Park: http://www.southcarolinaparks.com/park-finder/state-park/795/camping.aspx
