There is no particular mention of the language talked by Lord Krishna or as a matter of fact any other Gods and Goddess. From the scriptures available we infer Sanskrit or Devnagri are the languages used by all as these are the oldest languages.

The corpus of Sanskrit literature encompasses a rich tradition of poetry and drama as well as scientific, technical, philosophical and religious texts. Today, Sanskrit continues to be widely used as a ceremonial language in Hindu religious rituals in the forms of hymns and mantras. Spoken Sanskrit is still in use in a few traditional institutions in India, and there are some attempts at revival.

Sanskrit is the oldest and most sacred but subsequently Devnagari has been used.-

i think Lord Sri Krishna talked in Sanskrit. Actually, Sanskrit originated from Devanagari. so some hymns are written in Devanagari also.
